Opolo

Dry, medium bodied wine. Fresh, easy to drink, shorter finish. Simple and mild strawberry and floral aromas, with mineral notes. Medium pink-orange colour.

Single varietal wine, made from the grapes from the positions in Duboka on the southeast of the island, and from our own vineyard in Tihobraće polje. Handpicked. Short maceration, cold fermentation of clarified must. Kept in the stainless steel tanks until bottling.
