The characteristics and the prices of products are set out for each product on its respective page within the webshop. The descriptions of wines, their aromas and tastes are subjective judgements made by the producer, in an attempt to depict the quality of a given product to the prospective buyer. The product photographs show product specimens. They match the look of the product, but may differ in the year of vintage. Prices are in euros, and include the 25% VAT.
Only the persons who are 18 years or older may buy the products.
Ordering through the webshop is only possible within the EU.
All products bought through this webshop are delivered by GLS delivery service. The buyer bears the delivery costs. They are automatically generated in the order form, according to the delivery service settings, depending on the size and the destination of the order.
The order can be paid for by the card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. If you choose the bank transfer, you will receive the necessary payment details along with the order confirmation.
The delivery process is started on the day when the payment or proof or payment is received, or the first workday after that, if the said day is a non-working day. The time of delivery depends on the delivery service.
Within the EU, buyer has the right to return the products unopened and undamaged. The buyer can exercise that right by notifying the seller and sending the product back within 14 days of receiving it. The buyer bears the cost of return shipment. The seller reimburses the buyer for the product upon receiving either the returned product or the proof of it being sent back.
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the product at the moment of receiving. Should the buyer notice material damage which they consider unacceptable, they should return the product to the delivery personnel, and notify the seller. The buyer can than either be reimbursed or receive the new product.
The buyer has the right to lodge a written complaint to the seller. The seller will respond to the complaint.
