Dry, light to medium bodied wine. Fresh, easy to drink, shorter finish. Aromas of citrus fruit (lime, tangerine), with mineral and floral notes. Medium lemon colour.
Single varietal wine, made from the grapes from our own vineyard. Combination of sandy and clay soil, 5 year old vine. Handpicked. No maceration, cold fermentation of clarified must. Kept in the stainless steel tanks until bottling.
